This Privacy Policy explains how Origenza™ collects, uses, and protects your personal data in connection with the Coffee Club membership service.

We collect the following personal data when you register: your first and last name, email address, mobile number (optional), and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details). We also record membership activity including coffee redemption dates and times.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: manage your membership account; process payments; provide your digital membership card and QR code; record and verify daily coffee redemptions; and communicate with you about your membership. If you have given marketing consent, we may also send you occasional offers and news.
3. Legal Basis
We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver your membership), legitimate interests (to prevent fraud and misuse), and, where applicable, your consent (for marketing communications).
4. Data Sharing
We share your data with Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may disclose data where required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes. Redemption records are retained for audit purposes.
