Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before joining the Origenza™ Coffee Club. By registering and purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Membership
The Origenza™ Coffee Club annual membership entitles the named member to one complimentary filter coffee per calendar day at participating Kandy Café locations. Membership is personal and non-transferable. The annual fee is £40 and covers a period of 365 days from the date of activation.
2. Redemption
One filter coffee may be redeemed per calendar day (midnight to midnight, Europe/London time). Redemptions are recorded at the point of service by scanning your membership QR code. Unused daily entitlements do not roll over to subsequent days.
3. QR Code & Membership Card
Your digital membership QR code is unique to your account. Do not share your QR code with others. If you believe your QR code has been compromised, contact us immediately to have it regenerated. The old QR code will be invalidated and a new one issued.
4. Payment & Refunds
Membership fees are charged annually and are non-refundable except where required by law. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Suspension & Cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a membership in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued. You may cancel your membership at any time; however, no partial refunds are provided for unused periods.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify members of material changes by email. Continued use of your membership after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
